There’s a difference between thinking you’ve mastered your state and actually practicing it. You can tell yourself, “I’ve got this. I know how to feel amazing. I’ll go out and crush it.” Then you walk into a room, feel nervous, and realize you never stopped to connect with any of what you believe. You were relying on the idea of peak state. Real peak state takes practice. Remember what you’re grateful for. Visualize how you want to show up. Feel the gratitude in your body, down to your bones. Give yourself a moment to become present before you try to bring that energy into a conversation. And keep practicing under pressure. It’s one thing to feel good alone in your room. It’s another to stay connected to yourself when you’re meeting new people, facing rejection, or having an awkward moment. That’s where you find out what you’ve actually built. You can’t rest on the fact that you felt amazing yesterday. Do the practices. Feel what’s real today. Then go out, socialize, and keep strengthening it.
