I fired a client who couldn't tell time - no regrets. 🔥 Trust your gut when something feels off about a client. My red flags appeared early. This potential client was late to our first two meetings and completely no-showed the third. Time is my most valuable asset. When someone consistently wastes it, they're sending a clear message. He also complained about our prices despite them being (still) on the lower end of the market. After the no-show, I politely expressed my concerns. His response? Just excuses, no accountability. I ended things professionally: "After thinking it through, we feel this might not be the right fit. No hard feelings!" Thank God I'm not financially dependent on every project and can choose who we want to work with. Freedom to say "no" is priceless. He still badmouthed me online, claiming we were "scared" of his simple project. 😂 Sometimes the clients you don't work with are as important as the ones you do. Trust your instincts and protect your time.
