She was denied privileges that most others get when put in a similar position. She wasn't allowed to have her phone, she wasn't allowed to have a person sit with her, and she wasn't allowed to call/contact anyone. I know this because my daughter and I have been through this experience in the so-called "quiet room" at the DCMH ER, and we weren't denied these privileges. He had her placed in one of the worst mental health facilities in the state, Valle Vista in Greenwood, IN. A facility being investigated/sued by the state for allowing assaults/sex crimes, not giving people correct meds, both physical and mental health related, and they are well known for the staff/nurses who do not do their jobs, and not doing anything remotely close to therapy groups. He called the cops again today (abuse of police resources?), threatening her to do it again after she said no to his threats, and he wanted to reconcile their marriage! He is 10 shades of psycho, a definite narcissist, a definite gaslighter, and a God-tier spouse abuser! I would love to hear the positions of both the Decatur County Memorial Hospital Board and the Hospital Foundation of Decatur County on the blatantly criminal activity and severe abuses of power David Corya committed here. Whether his corruption/spouse abuse/gross violations of Vanessa Corya's HIPAA and patients' rights while in the DCMH ER are acceptable? Are they investigating and pressing charges against David Corya? Nathan Harter, your biggest investor/payer of bribes, is breaking the law again? Charges this time, possibly? Or are you looking the other way and doing nothing once again? Is using the DCMH ER emergency mental health process as a weapon for a serial spouse abuser acceptable by hospital policies and norms?
