They might be the kind of person who would make your life a headache if you actually got into a relationship with them. So why would you hand them the power to decide what you’re worth? But don’t twist this into delusional narcissism. You have to actually do the work. Get in great shape. Look your best. Become genuinely charismatic. Learn how to talk to people, create chemistry, and make someone feel good around you. Build a life you’re proud of. Then when someone doesn’t choose you, you don’t collapse. You know what you’ve built. You can still look honestly at whether there’s something to improve, but you don’t let one person’s opinion override your own judgment. Be genuinely attractive. Be honest with yourself. And never let someone else’s rejection define you.
