I wanted to give myself a few days after the convention to properly explore my feelings and process my experiences from the weekend. I want to say from the bottom of my heart that I love this community so much. I had a great deal of doubt in allowing myself to relax and have fun leading up to it, and at one point, I questioned if I should go. That being said, I am thankful for all the old and new faces I was able to see and spend time with, which assuaged those worries. You’re all incredibly special people, and there is nothing like the magic that this convention brings that any other con can match. The love and support I received throughout the weekend mean the world to me and give me a rejuvenated sense of place in this community. I love all of y’all, and I am already counting down the days till we see each other all in 2026
