Do not only visualize the goal. Visualize yourself becoming the person capable of achieving it. Do not just picture the money. Picture yourself doing the repetitive work, making difficult decisions, controlling your spending, and continuing when results are delayed. Do not just picture the successful business. Picture yourself hearing “no” hundreds of times, solving problems under pressure, accepting criticism, and showing up when the excitement is gone. Do not just picture the perfect body. Picture yourself training consistently, recovering properly, eating with discipline, and respecting the process for years. Do not just picture the relationship. Picture yourself communicating honestly, regulating your emotions, keeping your word, and remaining loving when things become difficult. Most people visualize the reward but leave themselves out of the price. They imagine the applause without the lonely work. The victory without the uncertainty. The freedom without the responsibility. The goal does not only require desire. It requires capacity. So visualize yourself possessing the focus, courage, patience, discipline, and emotional strength required to carry everything that comes with your dream. Do not merely see yourself having the result. See yourself becoming the person who can earn it, handle it, and keep it.
