Bluesky does not have a built-in bookmark feature, on option I really missed from the other place. But @jaz.bsky.social is a genius and created the 📌 feed. The Pushpin feed shows every post that a person made with the📌 emoji in them and only the posts that user has made. This is a list that includes developers' Bluesky-adjacent apps. Since Bluesky is open-source and encourages developers, there are all kinds of cool extra add-on abilities.
