Call to action! Help save Medicare, Medicaid, and SNAP! $700 billion in cuts to Medicaid were passed by the Republican controlled House in Congress.. Republicans are cutting $500 billion from Medicare in Trump's "Big Bill/budget via a hidden poison pill in it that triggers half a trillion dollars in cuts to Medicare. People you care about will suffer and die from substandard or no medical care. Families barely making it will go hungry. Left, right, politics don't matter with this. People we all love will pay the price for partisan politics. I don't want this, and I bet that you don't want this either. Call your Representative and Senators and demand they remove the Medicare poison pill and that they remove severe cuts to Medicaid/SNAP. Here is the number - (202) 224-3121.
