Why am I so addicted to coaching? Because I see myself in you. I see the version of me who struggled for years—crawling through the darkness, searching for answers, making tiny steps forward, falling down, and getting back up. I remember wondering whether I would ever reach the other side. Now that I’ve found my way through, I can’t wait to reach back and help pull you forward. I can’t wait to guide you past the traps that kept me stuck and help you see what’s already possible inside you. When you tell me about your fears, I don’t see weakness. I see potential. I see the small victories beginning to compound. I see you crawling toward the goal before you can even recognize how much progress you’re making. I can taste your victory. I can see the future waiting for you. Your life isn’t one long defeat. It’s one massive victory being built in small, invisible moments. I see myself in you. And because I know what happened when I refused to stop crawling, I know what could happen if you refuse to stop too.
