We learned a valuable lesson you can’t cover up a trauma with techniques and charisma, you have to heal heal the trauma that’s the core then everything will flow naturally and you’ll just naturally love yourself love people ,connecting to them real world is too complicated . Many variables, so it’s never gonna work. It’s never gonna flow well if you’re trying to force it.
