Why is my coaching so powerful? Because it doesn’t begin with trying to coach anyone. It begins with how I live. Yes, sometimes I offer coaching. But I’m not trying to force anyone to change, overpower people with advice, or prove that I know more than they do. I focus on embodying what I teach. People can feel the difference between someone who is leading by example and someone who is merely preaching. There is a completely different energy. Preaching says, “You need to become more like me.” Leading by example says, “This is how I live. If it inspires you, I’ll help you discover what works for you.” People can feel whether your energy is an invitation or a demand. They can feel whether you genuinely care about them or simply want authority over them. When you consistently embody joy, courage, discipline, and genuine care, people notice. They become curious. They naturally ask how you developed that energy and how they can create it within themselves. That is where the most powerful coaching begins. Don’t pressure people to follow your example. Become such a powerful example that they naturally want to learn from you.
