YOU NEED A WINNING MONOLOGUE PLAYING INSIDE YOUR HEAD I’m a winner. I’m the greatest. I’m the GOAT. I’m the one. I’m the man. You need that kind of energy running through your mind—not occasionally, but as your psychological background music. Most people have the exact opposite playing all day: “What if I’m not good enough?” “What will people think?” “Who am I to believe I can do this?” “What if I embarrass myself?” Then they wonder why they feel powerless, hesitate constantly and never fully express themselves. Your internal monologue becomes your emotional state. Your emotional state affects your posture, voice, decisions, persistence and willingness to take risks. If the voice inside your head constantly tells you that you’re weak, inadequate and about to fail, your behavior will eventually reflect it. So change the record. I’m a winner. I belong here. I can handle this. I create opportunities. I learn from everything. I become stronger every day. I’m building something extraordinary. Inside your mind, be the most confident person alive. In the world, remain disciplined, observant and willing to learn. Action without inner belief becomes painful and inconsistent. Combine both and you become incredibly difficult to stop. Let your internal voice remind you who you are becoming until your behavior creates the evidence. I’m the GOAT. I’m a winner. I’m the one.
