Symptoms: WTH is it? These are all YouTube video links. This list is not comprehensive. It contains information on the more commonly diagnosed Mental Health disorders. I am not a doctor. As you work through these, it’s really easy to see how symptoms overlap and can point to any one or another diagnosis. To complicate these ideas is the fact that people can have two or more disorders at the same time (comorbidity.) It takes a trained Psychiatrist or Psychologist to determine which diagnosis/diagnoses cause your symptoms. My suggestion is to work through these videos and take notes of the symptoms (not necessary the diseases) that you identify with. It is helpful to try to write down how often and specific examples (for instance: spent $10K on my credit cards in one week when I was 25.)
