All eyes in UK and Europe especially Scandinavia. The mid latitude cyclone train is starting. The first of the 3 will be a weaker system less developed and what would be classed as a frontal wave/atmospheric disturbance. They will progress across the Rep of Ireland and UK. Through tonight into tomorrow. Before clearing out. Before becoming slightly better developed while over the extreme North portion of the North Sea. They will quickly be absorbed by a polar low to the North of Norway on Friday into Saturday night. The second system. Is to be A LOT more developed. Crashing into Scotland with a venomous bite. The system's wind field is expected to be larger and possibly setting an April Pressure record. However, that remains to be seen. My concern here is for the northern portions of Scotland. Where wind gusts ranging from 70-80 mph with a more localised risk of 90 mph. But rainfall will also be another hazard given the expected moisture advection as a result of the warm air that's to be dragged up from the near continent. The system will bring a flooding and damaging wind threat. to a wide area of Scotland, Northern Ireland and Irish sea coasts of Wales and England. Before the system clears the British Isles and nears Norway. The system will interact with the very high terrain and rapidly weaken and dissipate as a new low tried to develop within its vicinity (This will remain to be seen wither the 2nd low forms or not). Damaging gusts will also bring to Norway as a part of this system however likely a touch weaker. Although with the topographical layout of Norway's west coast this will allow for wind funneling. The third system is expected to remain out over water. However, the occluded fronts from the system will crawl their way to the UK and Rep of Ireland on Monday through Tuesday. Bringing heavy rains yet again. However, the low itself will be extremely powerful. However, there is model guidance to suggest the low's core may drift towards Southern and Southwestern Iceland on Wednesday
