As I was just telling a friend, I’ve got a quandary tonight. The lil neighborhood cat comes by almost every morning, sometimes again in the middle of the day, but tonight she came back after dark, didn’t even want another cattacino, just wanted to zonk out on her favorite spot on my couch. She’s full of purrs and very sweet to me but I am thinking that her owners must wonder where she is at this hour. And, I don’t want her to run into any danger, who knows what she might run into outside at night. I always made sure my cat came in at dusk. So far, she’s showing no signs of wanting to go home. She’s started copying my squirrel friend Sammy, jumping up on my window sill to get me to open the door! These animals really do learn by watching each other! She’s seen Sammy do it. They are so funny & smart. 😂. I’m going to have to wake her up and send her home before it gets too late. I’m not set up for a slumber party! I can tell she has a home because sometimes she smells like good hand lotion or perfume & sometimes she has fishy cat food breath! 😂
