Imagine that you only get $2,000 a month. Add $150 that can only be use to buy cold, non-precooked food at grocery stores. With that amount you have to pay rent, utilities, gas, car/home insurance, entertainment, additional food, clothing, and any other purchases. This is how many disabled are forced to live. Most getting less money than minimum wage workers. And at risk of losing what little they get if they save more than $2,000 total assets (even retirement funds and savings accounts), if they get married, if they earn more than $60 per month in any way (selling art, Uber, etc.). It is forced poverty that slowly kills people and is nearly impossible to escape. #Ableism
