They are abusing her to silence her from telling the truth about the interconnected fraud involving the new Cobia Solar Project and everyone above. She is either hidden away somewhere illegally or they have done something inherently evil to her, forever silencing her. Vanessa Corya is the ex-wife of David Corya, the owner of 2 trailer parks, who committed felony fraud in illegal funding/fraud schemes. David Corya donated heavily to Judge Tim Day's campaign in return for an illegal divorce court ruling, which 100% favored David Corya over Venessa Corya. (Ethics violation smackdown #3 coming!) Judge Tim Day is embroiled in the Cobia Solar Project, owning water rights he'd get paid a ton for by Cobia. How does a judge buy water/property rights for land that magically the solar company is going to need to move their solar project forward? It's almost like the dishonorable Judge Day have insider information in advance, not publically available at the time which s fraud and another case of bribery/fraud by David Corya.. The corrupt Judge Day should have recused himself, but he didn't. The unethical Judge Day ruled that Vanessa Corya was not legally disabled, even though she has Epilepsy and has a complex medical situation, and that David Corya was Vanessa's medical Power of Attorney during which he abused his power of attorney privileges, draining $400K from Vanessa's savings that was ernmrked so she would live a safe, comfortable life. David Corya did not fulfill his duties in providing safe, long-term housing conditions for her as required by state/federal laws, and he, being a millionaire, drained her bank accounts and removed her marriage property rights in collusion with others, making her penniless and just about homeless. Medical power of attorney makes it a slam-dunk case that you are disabled. Day, through a corrupt, illegal ruling, removed Vanessa's legal protections for an eviction that could cause danger to her health, being disabled. And Vanessa getting paint on the floor of a art room was justification stating that she was damaging property. Day screamed at her in court for telling the truth on social media, for her speaking out against the abuse she suffered, directly violating Vanessa's 1st Amendment rights. When proof of the financial fraud involving David Corya's trailer parks and his bribery schemes was presented to Nathan Harter, he chose to sit on it and not file charges, as David is a large financial supporter of Harter, who has made several large donations. to, you guess it, Decatur County Prosecutor - Nathan W Harter IV. The GPD would not investigate or file charges for flagrant fraud. Harter took a stack of evidence, seized computers, and a large storage device, and I'm going to make my best guess probably wiped all of the evidence on the computers/drives and shredded the rest. Harter should have sought an outside prosecutor to investigate it and stay out of it, recusing himself, but he decided to protect his largest investor/campaign financier. Luckily, I have hard and digital copies of every document Vanessa posted on her Facebook. David Corya bought off and bribed Greensburg's Circuit Court Judge Day Decatur County Prosecutor - Nathan W Harter IV. The good thing is that I can go to the meetings as I can say a lot in my allotted time. I'm leveraging social media to spread the word, kill this solar deal, and get her justice. The people getting fired, getting federal charges for RICO, is just the icing on the cake here.
