Saddam had the Mukhabarat. The Nazis had the SS. The Soviets had the NKVD and KGB. Their defining trait wasn’t just brutality. It was anonymity. So what do we do? First: call 911. Yes, really. If you see masked, armed men in public with no visible identification, report them. Say you’re afraid. Because you should be. Mention it if they’re near a school or a bank. Second: document. Film. Photograph. Take down license plates. Capture what you can. They will slip, they will make mistakes, and let the Internet do its thing. Third: expose. These individuals aren't sacred. They're not beyond scrutiny. They work for you. If they don't want to be identified, they shouldn't have a badge. Let me say it plainly: if the state sends anonymous, armed agents to arrest citizens, seize property, and carry out violence without identification, the Republic is over. We gave our law enforcement officers immense power. We allowed them to carry weapons, break down doors, and take lives if necessary. That power must always come with a name, a face, and a badge. The mask is where accountability ends. And abuse begins."
