Rep Adam Smith: We have a president conducting a war with no plan and no idea what he's doing. U.S. service members have died, and the administration won't tell us how many interceptors we have left to defend our troops. They're not even having real conversations about what's happening. Meanwhile, Trump's spinning around Mar-a-Lago playing golf and posing with trophies. I need to be clear: we cannot fund this disaster any longer. Congress needs to block Trump's war spending, and we need to shout as loudly as we can that the answer is no.
