Stop with the therapy-speak. You’re not a therapist. You’re not a psychologist. You’re not a genius because you learned five words from TikTok. Stop diagnosing everyone. Stop calling every disagreement bullying. Stop calling confidence narcissism. Stop calling affection love bombing. Stop calling persuasion manipulation. Stop calling boundaries abuse. You have no idea what’s happening inside another person’s mind. You use therapy language to disguise your own insecurity, weakness, jealousy, selfishness, and resentment. You pretend you’re protecting people, but you’re attacking anyone who makes you uncomfortable and claiming the moral high ground while doing it. You’ve turned human relationships into a courtroom where everyone is guilty and every interaction is suspicious. That isn’t wisdom. It’s fear. That isn’t emotional intelligence. It’s judgment. That isn’t morality. It’s negativity wearing a halo. Stop analyzing everyone else and examine yourself. Go build something. Strengthen yourself. Create value. Help someone. Develop courage. Take responsibility for your life. You don’t become a good person by learning enough labels to condemn everyone around you. You become a good person by becoming someone who actually brings strength, love, hope, truth, and value into the world.
