Add Greensburg, Indiana, to this list. The only people benefiting from this corrupt Cobia Solar Project are people like Tim Day and David Corya, who had insider, private information that it was coming to Decatur County before it was made public. Day bought water rights way before the proposed project was made public. This is how Geenex does the bribes. You, as a targeted person, get insider privileged information telling you where the solar farm is going to be. You make what seems to be a perfectly innocent land purchase on paper. Your land ownership/water rights magically sits within the proposed solar farm site and as sure as death and taxes, you get a huge financial windfall. It's still an illegal bribe violating state and federal laws, still RICO, but it's a deliberate attempt to make it all look like luck or a coincidence. It's not, it's complex bribery by design. Follow the money and research the land/water rights purchased before the announced Cobia Solar Project and you'll probably find a list filled with Greensburg politicians, the top 1% like David Corya and civil officials like Decatur County, Indiana Circuit Court Judge Tim Day, all part of a huge criminal conspiracy accepting these long game bribes from Geenex. These pillars of the community are gracefully lining their pockets with this illegal Geneex cash. Someone needs to be auditing land purchases prior to the solar farm project being announced. That will give you a starting list of people already in on the bribe scheme.
