so a certain bigger bsky account quietly went to my guestbook telling me that my selfies are “so obviously ai.” i didn’t even wanna have to say this, but since people can’t seem to mind their business, some things look off on purpose. i use nightshade and noise so my face isn’t scraped FOR ai, and i blur my backgrounds because i’d rather not get doxxed for existing how i do (black & trans). sorry, i can’t just post my pictures on a whim like the white girl who sent that to me. i’m just trying to be online safely, the photos are the exact same as i took 'em, they just pass through a few filters before i let them out. the people who actually know me get the real ones anyway, they can vouch (some of y'all know lol) also they’ve been a nice little time capsule to see myself change! like god, these past few years alone i’ve changed a lot ^_^ you can literally see my first selfie at the start of my transition from like 2 years ago and now! stop throwing ai accusations all willy nilly. not everything has to fit your little purity test for what’s real to you, sometimes people are just trying to exist safely online. honestly it just makes me so uncomfortable, like every time someone leaves a comment like that i remember why i stopped posting before. ugh... just posting this for future reference. back to your regularly scheduled alli~
