When I was in 7th grade I had to write a scam email and send it to my teacher. Part of that email was offering the chance for the recipient to get something they wanted. The point being that if I was only being offered a chance at something it wasn't happening. The point of that part of the class was to teach people how to recognize when they're being given a false promise so they can avoid scams. I was 12 when I was taught this. The fact that EIGHT senators last night voted to cave based on a mere "promise" proves that those senators know less about the world than a 12 year old. If you can't figure out something a literal child can you're unfit for office, plain and simple. Primary those cowards.
