Theta (4 to 8 Hz): Present during deep relaxation and meditation. Alpha (8 to 12 Hz): A relaxed state promoting creativity and calm alertness. Beta (12 to 30 Hz): Linked to active thought, problem-solving, and heightened alertness. Gamma (30 to 100 Hz): Associated with cognitive processes and peak mental performance. And there are more good Frequencies than this and can be used spiritually or for healing, but in the modern time we live in some people are using some lesser known frequencies to attack a person. In time, by getting to know frequencies, you should be able to detect if you are being attacked by a frequency. Hear is a list of things you can do if you think your under attack by one of these frequencies; To neutralize an annoying or unwanted sound frequency that is currently being played in your environment, you need to address it based on whether it is a low-frequency rumble (like bass or a drone) or a high-frequency tone (like a whine or screech). The most effective physical and digital methods to neutralize an audible Hertz frequency include: 1. Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) If the tone is a continuous, steady electronic hum or drone, Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) headphones or earbuds are highly effective. ANC technology uses internal microphones to listen to the incoming external sound wave and immediately generates an inverse sound wave (phase inversion). When the two opposite waves collide, they completely cancel each other out, neutralizing the sound before it reaches your eardrums. 2. Audio Masking (White, Pink, or Brown Noise) If you cannot block the frequency entirely, you can mask it by playing a broader spectrum of sound to confuse your brain's auditory processing. • For high-pitched frequencies: Use white noise, which contains equal energy across all hearable frequencies and is excellent at hiding sharp, high-pitched whines. • For low-pitched frequencies: Use brown noise, which has deeper, heavier bass tones that blend into and mask low-frequency building rumbles or neighbor subwoofers. 3. Acoustic Isolation (Passive Blocking) Sound waves behave differently depending on their physical length, requiring different physical barriers: • High Frequencies (Short Waves): High-pitched sounds are easily stopped by ordinary physical barriers. Standard foam earplugs, closed windows, heavy curtains, or moving to another room will easily block or reflect them. • Low Frequencies (Long Waves): Low rumbles (like a heavy bass or a 60 Hz electrical hum) carry high energy that physically vibrates walls and floors rather than just traveling through the air. Standard earplugs often fail here. To neutralize these, you must use mass and damping—adding heavy rugs to floors, utilizing bass traps in the corners of a room, or using mass-loaded vinyl. 4. Software Filtering (If dealing with recorded audio) If the frequency is trapped inside an audio file, a video, or a microphone stream you are listening to, you can neutralize it digitally using an Equalizer (EQ) plugin or tool: • Use a Notch Filter or parametric EQ. • Create a very narrow band (a high "Q" value), boost it to find the exact problematic Hertz frequency, and then drop the gain down significantly (by -6dB or more) to surgically cut that specific frequency out of the audio mix without ruining the rest of the sound. Also, Several types of hardware and software devices can identify the frequency in hertz (Hz) of a sound or signal being played. Dedicated Hardware Devices • Frequency Counters: Electronic instruments that count the number of cycles per second of a periodic signal and display the exact frequency in hertz. • Oscilloscopes: Benchtop or handheld devices that visualize electronic waveforms and allow you to calculate or read signal frequencies. • Multimeters with Frequency Function: Many modern digital multimeters include a built-in frequency measurement mode. • Hardware Spectrum Analyzers: Dedicated audio or RF analyzers that break down a signal into its constituent frequency components. Software & Digital Tools • Smartphone & Tablet Apps: Mobile apps use the device's microphone and a Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) algorithm to display real-time hertz readings, musical notes, and spectrum graphs. Examples include tuner apps like Pitchlab Pro (go to Tuner, than the settings symbal, then select c d e, and then select the number sign (#), and you may need to turn Grave down to 15 or as low as it will go), nTrack Tuner; (there is a curcle on the screen, click it and select the symble that looks like a sound wave), or dedicated diagnostic apps like SpectrumView. • Browser-Based Frequency Detectors: Web tools like the Online Frequency Detector or Vibes Frequency Detector use your computer or phone microphone to detect dominant frequencies, peak Hz values, and corresponding musical notes in real time. • DAW Plugins (Digital Audio Workstations): Music production software often uses spectrum analyzer plugins (such as Voxengo SPAN) to map out the frequency spectrum of instruments and mixes.
