DON'T BE FOOLED. Yes, don’t be fooled. Don’t be fooled by thinking protests are going to change the minds of the Heritage Foundation, Donald, and the Republican Congress. Yes, in past years, protests have made changes for the better, such as in civil rights, women’s rights, healthcare, and a few other areas. However, this is 2025, and we have billionaires controlling the government by installing a puppet as President. Stop blaming his followers. With the exception of the racists, white nationalists, neo-Nazis, and other radical groups, his followers believed everything he told them. He divided the American people into two opposing camps, reflecting a civil war attitude. Lying to them enough times to make them believe they had no other choice. And what did the Democrats do? Did they provide us with valid choices for the Presidential candidates? NO! The DNC chose Joe Biden because he beat Donald Trump in the previous election. Even after President Biden was losing his faculties, they waited three months before the election to switch to Harris. Had it been done 6 months earlier, she might have had enough time to put forth a better campaign. Now here we are, six months later, with a madman as President bent on destroying our democracy and installing himself as America’s first dictator. What we have done so far has only allowed it to continue. A stronger action must be taken. A national strike that will prevent the daily flow of money to the billionaires. That is the only substance they are concerned about. It’s not you or me, the children here and around the world starving, the senior citizens, our past allies, or healthcare. MONEY! That is their concern. Plain and simple. Isn’t it time you realized that and commit to a strike? You’ve given them your time, your body, and your health. Isn’t it time to remind them what happens when the working class stops working for them? There is a movement like that growing in America now. It’s called The People’s Sick Day. It will be a collective 3-day action. NO WORK. NO WARNING. NO APOLOGY. This isn’t just a sick day, IT’S A WAKE-UP CALL! The starting date will not be announced until 48 hours before it begins.
