Not only do I have no fear in life. I have no fear of becoming the greatest coach in the world. Most people dream about greatness until they understand the responsibility attached to it. If you become the greatest coach, people will bring you the problems nobody else could solve. They will bring you years of suffering. Destroyed confidence. Broken relationships. Lost purpose. Fear, shame, grief, confusion, and pain they have carried their entire lives. They will trust you at the most vulnerable moments of their lives. That level of responsibility terrifies most people. It does not terrify me. I am not afraid of being the person who has to remain steady when somebody else is falling apart. I am not afraid of listening to the pain other people cannot handle. I am not afraid of studying relentlessly, questioning my methods, measuring my results, and carrying the responsibility that comes with becoming exceptional. Bring me the hardest problems. Bring me the people who have tried everything. Bring me the people nobody has been able to reach. I will not retreat from the challenge. I know I can conquer challenges because I do not waste my energy fearing them. I meet them directly. I find the real problem beneath the surface. I identify the belief holding the person prisoner. I bring certainty where there was confusion. I bring light where there was darkness. I bring a path forward where they could not see one. I am not afraid of responsibility. I am not afraid of the hardest problems in the world. I was built to meet them. I will keep learning. I will keep improving. I will keep taking on greater challenges. And I will become undeniable through the lives that change—not merely through the claims I make. I am ready for the mission.
