Watch what happens when many women hear music they love. They don’t analyze it. They don’t ask whether dancing is productive. They don’t calculate whether they’ll look impressive. They feel the music—and their bodies begin to move. That is real joy. Joy that doesn’t remain trapped inside the mind. Joy that moves through the body. Joy that becomes visible. Joy that exists for no reason beyond the fact that it feels good to be alive. That is what men need to learn. We spend so much time thinking about the future. Building. Planning. Competing. Improving. Trying to turn every moment into progress. Then music starts playing, and we’re still standing there thinking. She’s already dancing. She has surrendered to the moment while you’re still deciding whether you’re allowed to enjoy it. Let her teach you. Stop analyzing the music. Stop worrying about how you look. Stop trying to perform joy correctly. Feel it. Move. Laugh. Let the moment enter your body. This is one of the feminine gifts: the ability to experience joy so completely that the body cannot hide it. The masculine can protect the future. But the feminine reminds us why the future is worth building. A life without these moments isn’t truly a life. So when she hears the music and begins to dance, don’t remain trapped inside your head. Join her. That is what you need to learn: Not merely how to create a beautiful future— But how to feel completely alive when the music begins.
