Go into the body. Stop standing outside yourself, watching and evaluating everything you do. Feel your feet on the ground. Feel your breathing, your posture, your movement and the energy in your chest. Notice where you feel open, relaxed and alive—and where you feel tight, forced or guarded. Then trust the body’s signals. Move toward what feels natural and expansive. Slow down when the body contracts. Let your eyes go where they naturally want to go. Let your facial expressions happen. Let your voice find its own rhythm. Speak from the impulse that arrives before your mind edits it into something “correct.” You don’t have to manufacture instinct. Instinct is already there. The problem is that constant analysis keeps interrupting it. Drop into sensation. Trust what feels grounded and alive. Let the body lead. Let the mind rest in the background. Respond to reality as it happens. Don’t think about how to be. Feel—and be.
