CHIRON IN ARIES: BE BOLD WITH YOUR GIFTS Daily Astrology Fri 18th Sept Chiron moves back into Aries. 20 years ago I researched the 1st publication date of Superman, the Incredible Hulk and Spiderman. They all had Jupiter in aspect to Chiron. Jupiter is the superpowers, Chiron the 'wound' from elsewhere - from the Otherworld - that enabled those powers. The Hulk received a dose of gamma rays, Spiderman was bitten by a radioactive spider, and Superman came from another world: kryptonite, from that planet, would cause him to lose his powers. Batman doesn't have Jupiter-Chiron, but nor does he have superpowers. Chiron is the gift, the calling, that may present itself as an inability to function smoothly within the conventional world. His change of sign is a call to remember those gifts that you have: they are not earned, they are a gift from the gods, though you may have developed them. Such gifts need to be the focus of your life, for they are what gives it meaning. The move into Aries suggests a need to be courageous with them. Take your self-doubt and wring its neck. Mars is starting to square Chiron, so the next week is particularly suitable for being bold. The mythological Chiron educated a number of the Greek heroes such as Achilles and Jason.
