Women’s empathy can be a superpower. It helps babies feel safe, loved, understood, and emotionally regulated. It creates connection and gives vulnerable people the security they need to grow. But a superpower can become destructive when it’s used in the wrong context. A society cannot treat every adult like a vulnerable baby. Adults also need standards, accountability, consequences, truth, and challenges. Empathy is essential—but empathy alone is not enough to govern society. Use empathy to understand people. Use strength to prepare them for reality.
