The disappearance of the expectancy of privacy - being able to be unaccountable for one's actions - is the beginning of a new explosion of evolutionary progress. As peoples no longer can participate in governmental corruption or personal petty slight, the resultant time gained will afford a wealth of new opportunities, both in the exterior world and the interior psyche of the human species. When dishonesty is extinct, the defense mechanisms that tax the machinery both mechanical and organic will legitimately fall away, leaving the resources previously spent on such free for use in higher yield endeavors.
