The peak gust near the core was 45-60 mph. However, the strongest gust so far has been reported at 82 mph. Kristin is a remnant low. The centre of circulation has become severely disrupted and thus the system is now a remnant low. The gusty wind may continue for some time until the remnant of Kristin moves away.
