The Daily Caller, an ultra-right radical news program that never lets the truth get in the way of anything, must feel their MAGA readers are a bunch of racist dummies. In their call for everyone to vote they never mention a word about a useless war where our children are being slain so Trump and his crime family can profit from oil price fluctuation, never mention the cost of groceries grows more staggering every day, never mention the rising cost of gasoline, electricity, housing, and taxes. No mention is made of the slashing social safety net, that Medicaid cuts are closing hospitals and reducing healthcare for the poor, that veteran’s benefits are curtailed, that both Medicare and Social Security are under relentless attack, that unions are being targeted, SNAP benefits are being denied to hungry children and indigent seniors, family healthcare policies are no longer affordable and now millions of families – just like theirs – are now completely uninsured. No, The Daily Caller asks them to ignore the devastation Trump and the Republicans have cost to the average American family and concentrate on hatred. Hatred for people they never met. The continue to tell lies like immigrants cause more crime than natural born Americans – they don’t, they cause far fewer – that immigrants are taking American jobs – they don’t – that immigrants are lazy and slothful – they are not. Just like you they are soldiers and sailors, cops, government workers, nannies, farmers, factory workers, etc, all paying taxes and if they are undocumented they can’t even collect Social Security for which they have contributed billions of dollars. And the biggest lie of all? That undocumented immigrants vote in national and local elections. They do not! There is no record, it is against the law. But does The Daily Caller care? No, they tell you lies to manipulate you and they know fear and hatred are great manipulators. But when you put aside petty prejudices it becomes instantly clear Republicans offer nothing but continuing poverty, control and despair.
