I don’t care at all about what’s true. I don’t care about what’s logically true, rationally true, or scientifically true. I only care about what’s empowering. I delete any disempowering beliefs no matter how true they are and I replace them with empowering beliefs no matter how fake, false and delusional and untrue they are.
