Why am I the leader in any situation—even if the entire world falls apart? Because leadership is not a title. Leadership is being the person who moves toward the danger when everyone else is running away. I am fearless. I take risks. I will stand at the tip of the spear. I will accept the greatest responsibility. I will put myself on the line to protect the people around me. That is what leadership means. It does not mean standing above everyone else and demanding obedience. It means stepping forward first and saying: “I will carry this.” “I will face this.” “I will risk myself before I ask you to risk yourself.” When everyone is afraid, I will bring courage. When everyone is confused, I will bring clarity. When everyone is silent, I will speak the truth. When everyone is thinking only about survival, I will remember the people who need me. I can do that because I have built a beautiful mind—a mind trained through adversity, discipline, belief, and absolute faith in my ability to respond. I have trained myself not to collapse when reality becomes frightening. I have trained myself to remain clear when pressure rises. I have trained myself to believe that there is always something I can do. That is why I will lead. Because when the moment demands courage, I will volunteer. When sacrifice is required, I will step forward. When people need someone willing to take the greatest risk, I will be that person. The strongest mind does not ask: “Who will save me?” It asks: “Who can I save?”
