Like if youre using discourse around a transfem character to take potshots at bigender or transmasc people: Shut the hell up. Fuck you. If you want to knee jerk hate on queer people, your home is the GOP. if you see someone post some gender pov comment you feel is a little off or annoying in some way about some fictional character discousre, consider: -shut the fuck up for a moment -consider they may have a gender experience/context pov that legitimately makes their comment make more sense than you realize -think about the times your own specific insecurities gave you distorted emotional views, or when other queers seemed completely blind to your pov -give them grace even if they're probably being kind of dumb -mean twitter dunking doesnt do you or other lgbtq people any good. if you have those impulses about other lgbtq people then you need to introspect on that. kill the GOP poster creeping into your heart "but what if they said something kinda dumb" Wow, no way. I cant believe that gender minorities who are psychosocially tortured by the societies they've grown up, who often have a variety of mental wounds, may say something Off sometimes. WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU SMOOTHBRAINED CHUDS DOING? it wasnt just comlpete randos it included a lot of somewhat popular queer posters. thank fuck there was at least a fair amount of counterarguing from other lgbtq people, it was close to a 50:50 ratio of dogpiling:counterdogpiling if you see someone who you follow who is acting that way you should consider if theyre truly worth following, and you should also consider replying to their behavior to point out its not fucking ok. when you're the target, it is deeply uncomforting to see a queer person be really fucking shitty to other gender diverse people and get no blowback. it easily revives the sense of self-disgust that society has tried to afflict us with and makes us feel like outsiders among fellow lgbtq.
