There are no words in my mind. I’m not planning what to say. I’m not rehearsing. I’m not monitoring myself. I’m not trying to create a particular state. I’m just speaking. It feels like watching a dog lie peacefully in the sun or a cow stand silently in a field. Nothing to prove. Nothing to become. Nothing to force. Just pure being. The constant narrator has simply gone quiet. Language appears without conscious preparation. Life moves without me trying to control every second of it. I’m not trying to relax. I’m relaxed. I’m not trying to let go. I’ve let go. I’m not trying to be myself. I’m simply here.
