Stop looking for your passion. Passion is not hiding inside the perfect career, business, or mission. Without deeper development, almost everyone’s natural “passion” is basically the same: eating carbs and ice cream, watching Netflix, having sex, receiving attention, and staying comfortable. You don’t need to find those desires. Biology already gave them to you. But appetite is not purpose. Real passion is self-generated through spiritual growth. Spiritual enlightenment means developing such a deep source of joy within yourself that your happiness is no longer controlled by every external circumstance. You become the source of your own energy. Then you bring that energy to your work. You bring it to coaching. You bring it to business. You bring it to sales. You bring it to writing. You bring it to socializing. You bring it to making money. The work becomes passionate because you are passionate. That is why two people can perform the same job and experience it completely differently. One person is thinking about going home, ordering food, and watching Netflix. The other arrives with so much internal energy that they transform the work itself. Your spiritual growth changes the way you experience everything. It gives ordinary actions meaning, joy, intensity, and life. Passion is not something you discover outside yourself. It is what pours into your life when you become fully alive within yourself. Stop searching for the perfect activity to ignite you. Develop so much spiritual joy that you ignite everything you touch.
