The Full Moon suggests a harmony between these 2 principles, and Neptune says there is no difference between yourself and others, we are profoundly connected to each other. Because, if you like, the universe is just one thing. It's an odd business. On the one hand, other people are just so different to us, they are another universe, and that is their fascination. On the other hand, they work in pretty much the same way: if you treat others the way you would want to be treated, you'll generally get along with them just fine. Indian religion has the image of Indra's net, which has a jewel at each knot, and each jewel reflects every other jewel. That is how it is. We are both distinct and individual, yet non-different, profoundly connected, to everyone else. There is a balance to be found, of which today's astrology speaks strongly. It is not a balance in the sense of equalising the attention you pay to yourself and to others. It is a balance in the sense that these are not different things. And that requires depth. If you slow down and listen deeply, and act from those deeper currents, the impulses that you find compelling, then life is no longer what you want vs what others want.
