That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.  The history of the present King of The United States, Donald J. Trump, is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States and its people. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world. He has withheld compliance from congressional spending mandates, utilizing administrative freezes and rescission requests to halt billions of dollars in funding previously authorized by the legislature for federal agencies and public programs. He has bypassed the legislative process through extensive use of executive decrees, issuing numerous proclamations and orders to unilaterally implement sweeping changes to national trade, immigration, and environmental regulations without statutory adjustments by Congress. He has sought to reclassify the non-partisan civil service, executing policy directives to convert tens of thousands of career federal positions into political appointments, thereby shifting civil service protections to at-will employment status.
