Daily Thoughts #14 Didn't play much Constructed, only some targeted testing with the Reanimator deck I posted. Played vs Lessons, UG Cub and the Landfall brew of my own. Deck still feels super untuned, but it has potential. Felt awesome against Lessons, medium vs Cub and bad vs Landfall (could be variance against the green decks, since they're similar). Some quick hits. - both Elementals felt great against Lessons, but didn't like Wistfulness in the other matchups. It's possible I should use it more for the UU effect - Overlord was great against Lessons but kinda meh against green decks, you don't have time to spend two mana - Formidable Speaker was kinda hit or miss - sure the combo of discarding fatty + getting Spiderman is nice, but if you don't have a fatty in hand the card is kinda weak - Keen-Eyed Curator was a big issue, still think the deck will be weak to hate + pressure - manabase will be hard to figure out, I would consider just UB version with no Speaker - Ardyn was almost always better than Bringer, not sure if variance or I'm doing something wrong - the synergy between Deceit and the Spiderman card is great and won me a decent amount of games - I am starting to think the Mono Green deck could be good 🤔
