Special Advisory: 05T's centre is reforming to the East and this centre will be the dominant centre once the merger with the low to the north is completed. The system's recent ASCAT pass revealed the new centre is forming to the East of the original centre. The scan also revealed surface winds of 45-50 mph winds at the surface.
